We had so much fun! The property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. I really have no complaints about the property even with some overcast and wind We still went out on the water paddle boarding and swimming. The house is beautiful and very modern with huge rooms, enough space For everyone. The property is in a really nice area and pretty much in the middle OF the island so we had the opportunity to go exploring both ends of the island. Everything we needed For cooking and hanging out was provided and we really only spent money on excursions, groceries, and our rental car. I really recommend having a rental car and bring extra cash for groceries. It's an island and groceries are expensive; most businesses are cash only.
My family and I decided on "Take It Ease Sea" over several Other homes on the same island, and we do not think we could have made a Better choice! The price per night, the number of rooms, space, the View, and all Of the extras that came With it Were all Well worth it. We used the kayaks and paddle boards daily, along With all the outdoor games, as well as the indoor games on the one rainy day. If anyone is reading this review and deciding on this home or another, this home is the one you Want. With this home, What you See is What you get. There was enough room to accommodate & comfortably and room to spare. There are TVs with cable, Roku, and Netflix in each room. There is a well put together Welcome Book, along with a caretaker who did some pre-shopping for us before We arrived and checked up on us and actually Went above and beyond in helping put together a birthday celebration. If there were more stars to give, I would. Thank—you Jennifer for allowing my family and I celebrate my birthday in your beautiful home, and thank you for allowing us to share in the magic you have created in the Bahamas.
We had 7 people here and had plenty of room (5 adults 2 kids). Location Was perfect — just above jolly hall - layout Of the house is great and the high-pitched ceiling makes the house feel open— kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need as was the garage - kayaks - life vests - cooler and a cooler bag which was great for the beach- we rented a Car from Thompson's easy pick up and return - Santana's is a must for lunch but Definitely hit Prime meats for steaks- best steaks on the island! coco plum we found tons Of sand dollars as well As 2 conchs Private tour to piggy's- mermaid with exuma sunrise tour who picked up behind the house - at night We sat out back and looked up at the stars - so many shooting stars - Jennifer Was great answered all questions quickly and made sure via phone that we were all checked in - I would stay here again! And even though we feel perfectly safe in exuma the house happens to be right across the street from the police station which we found very comforting.
Absolutely Perfect Home Base for Relaxation and Adventure on Exuma
We stayed with a multigenerational family of 9 including ten kids. We never felt crowded and never ran out of hot water! The house has all the necessary amenities and more for cooking, water sports, and relaxation. Our host, Jennifer, was extremely communicative and helpful from booking to checkout. We found a broken paddle for one of the Kayaks --- we had a new paddle the same day. The beds and furniture were great and super comfortable. We loved the outdoor shower (with hot water) and the shower by the beach to get sand off. Even though we were next to other houses, the property felt very private. Some of us have been to Exuma 5 times, others 3 times. If we come back, we would stay here again without reservation!
Breathtaking views and perfect location
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home for our first visit to Exuma. Perfect central location to all areas of the island. Spacious porch with beautiful views and snorkeling just steps away. We cooked every breakfast and dinner, and the kitchen was Well stocked. It was nice to have all the water and beach accessories you needed as we visited many beaches. We could not have had a more perfect trip and will defiantly be back.

Excellent Place
It was the first time we visited Exuma, and we really enjoyed our stay. The great thing about this place was the beach within a few steps into the backyard. It was extremely private, and the house came with a bunch of toys such as paddle boards, games, kayaks, and beach shoes. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Exuma!
