CANCELLATION POLICY:

All Cancellations must be requested by e-mail to [email protected] or internet booking site. Tennant will receive a full refund for cancellations 60 days prior to check in. If the tenant requests a refund between 30-60 days of reservation the 25% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations for any reason received 30 days or less prior to arrival forfeit the full amount of the reservation.
