The Take it Ease Sea house sits right on the beach centrally located to downtown George Town, with views of the ocean and Jolly Hall Beach. This beautiful 4-bedroom, 2- bathroom, waterfront home sleeps 8 people comfortably, room for gathering and socializing with its luxurious open floor plan.

The great room offers vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors that open to the ocean. Relax in the cozy seating of the great room in front of a 65" flatscreen TV equipped with cable and Roku. The great room flows to the dining area and kitchen, to stay connected to the conversation.

Each bedroom can be environmentally controlled to achieve each person’s individual comfort level, linens, bath, and beach towels are supplied. All Entertainment amenities included with the house are flat-screen TV’s, cable televisions, Roku devices in each room, DVD player, Wireless Bluetooth speaker for music, and free wireless high-speed internet. For family fun, assorted board games, playing cards, and books are available. There is a beach at the top and bottom of the property with lounge chairs and umbrellas ready for a day in the sun. Need to rinse off the sand after a day on the beach? The house offers two outdoor showers: one on the beach and one attached to the house.

Dine and entertain with a spectacular view of the ocean on the outdoor covered veranda. Seating at the dining table for 8 or relax on the sectional sofa. An outdoor gas grill is ready for your use, and while you are waiting for dinner, you can play some cornhole.

The garage on the property is stocked with all the beach toys you can dream of paddleboards, kayaks, rafts, snorkel gear, water shoes, life jackets, wet suits, beach games and toys for the kids.
